		<description><![CDATA[Groundwork Trusts from San Diego, Dallas, Denver, Milwaukee, Washington, DC, Yonkers, Bridgeport, and Buffalo were at River Rally in Portland, Oregon,  from May 4-7, 2012, where they made many connections with activists and colleagues working on restoring community rivers and lakes across the country.  Groundwork representatives also met with EPA officials, including Lisa Jackson, Administrator of EPA. And thank you, Groundwork Portland, for being a fabulous host of our Groundwork colleagues, and for coordinating the service project with the Muslim Community Center of Portland for River Rally. ]]></description>

5. Plant your spring garden. 

And a give yourself a gift:

		<description><![CDATA[<a href="http://www.groundworkdonana.org" target="_blank">GW Dona Ana</a> has been awarded the Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) Grant to fund a revitalization project of nine miles of the Sierra Vista Trail and build 1.5 miles of new trail over the Tortugas Mountain (“A-Mountain”). The Sierra Vista Trail is the southern part of a trail system on the west side of the Organ Mountains. The nine mile section is located on the west side of the Organ Mountains (and extends from Dripping Springs Rd. (north) to the Pena Blanca trail head (south).
